Sponsorship & exhibition opportunities

Our intention is to offer potential sponsors a package for this major event. The Call for Papers has generated a favorable response, suggesting that this conference will be one of the most important circuits and systems events to be held in Canada. We anticipate welcoming some 150 to 200 participants. We take pride in inviting your organization to participate as a sponsor of this edition of NEWCAS.

Three main sponsorship packages are available: Gold, Silver and Bronze. Alternatively, you may choose to sponsor a specific part of the conference. You may wish to enjoy the use of a space in our exhibition area, a free conference registration, your logo on printed conference materials and around the conference site (see the details in the table below) and give your company visibility to a large number of experts from around the world, as well as to representatives from the circuits and systems industry. However these plans are not restrictive and we are open to devise one that would meet your specific needs and contribution.

Sponsorship Packages

All sponsors will have their logo in the list of sponsors with a link to their own Web site.

Gold @ $5 000

  • One (1) exhibition space including one (1) drapped table, (2) two chairs, and electricity in the exhibition area.
  • Two (2) complimentary registrations for the conference (including the banquet).
  • Logo of your enterprise printed on the conference satchel.
  • Recognition on all printed material (promotional material, conference program and proceedings).
  • Display of your logo in the plenary lecture's room.
  • Inserts in the conference satchel.
  • Inclusion in the list of sponsors.
Silver @ $2 500
  • One (1) complimentary registration for the conference (including the banquet).
  • Logo of your enterprise printed on the conference satchel.
  • Recognition on all printed material (promotional material, conference program and proceedings).
  • Display of your logo in the plenary lecture's room.
  • Complimentary insert in the participants' satchels.
  • Inclusion in the list of sponsors.

Bronze @ $1 000

  • Recognition on all printed material (promotional material, conference program and proceedings).
  • Complimentary insert in the participants' satchels.
  • One (1) coffee break sponsorship.
  • Inclusion in the list of sponsors.
